Due to tech issues with the auction site beyond our control, we are extending the auction to Monday at 12PM EST to give folks more time to place their bids.
If you are using your phone and having issues using the pop-up form, try these solutions:
- Turn your phone sideways
- Have the link sent to you via text message
- Use a computer and different browser (NOT Safari)
We have also heard from multiple people that switching from a Safari browser to Chrome has solved form input issues on the computer.
Other troubleshooting notes
FIRST: Please read and follow the full instructions on the registration page for registering and accessing the bidding site. If you are still having issues, here are some possible solutions:
- When you go to the site after registering it says you are logged in, but you are not checked in. You can only bid on items using the UNIQUE link found in that green button in the Bidder # email you were sent (or texted). That's your unique link. Please close out of Evergreen completely, THEN click on that link and proceed.
- If you are trying to bid by simply going to the site, please close the tab with Evergreen open, go back to the link in your email, and access the site from that link. You must access the site from the unique link you were sent.
- If you do not see the confirmation email, please be sure you are checking the email you registered with. That's the email that is tied to your account.
