To all of the dads out there, from the Ford family to yours, I want to wish you a Happy Father’s Day. I'm the proud parent to three wonderful sons, and it’s no secret where my kids got their best qualities: their mom. My wife is my best friend, my college sweetheart, and – don’t tell her I said this – a better attorney than I am.
This Father’s Day, I am looking forward to the world we’re building for all of our children. My fellow Democratic AGs and I are working toward a country where families of all backgrounds and beliefs can prosper and live safely.
My fellow Dem AGs have – and will always – be steadfast in our commitment to make sure that all families feel that they are protected in their community, and that includes fathers. Part of our mission as the People’s Lawyers is to build a safer place for all people, and that duty feels especially critical on today of all days.
