This Father’s Day, we celebrate immigrant fathers and father figures across New York and their essential role in our communities as caretakers, mentors, and leaders. 

We know firsthand the threats posed to an immigrant family’s safety and security and the persistent fears of family separation are at every corner. Yet, our immigrant fathers and father figures persevere — their resilience is a testament to our core belief that we will win the fight for guaranteed protection and safety for immigrant families everywhere, but we need your help to power our movement.
 

It’s simple: we believe in a future where immigrant fathers do not have to choose between their safety and providing for their family. While performing every day tasks like going to the grocery store or taking their kids to school, immigrant caretakers hold onto the constant fear of deportation. As a father of two young children myself, the possibility of never seeing my children and loved ones again is unimaginable — no family should have to live this way. 

We know our system is broken when a parent lives in constant fear of not returning home to their child. Your donation will support our campaigns to create tangible protections for our immigrant families.
