John, Happy Father’s Day!

As I watched my son graduate from high school this year, I looked on with pride thinking about all of the ways he has made me a better leader and more compassionate human.

My son inspires me to always do better…

Today, I am reminded of the work that lies ahead in order to make Philadelphia more accessible to people with disabilities and special needs.

This Father’s day and Juneteenth, I hope you’ll join me in celebrating Black Americans and Black Freedom because every father, regardless of background, should have access to the resources and opportunities that allow their families to thrive.

I’m so thankful I get to spend today with my son and my father:

I’m fighting to create a better future for my son, all people in the Disability community, all Black Americans, and all Philadelphians.

Thank you, and Happy Father’s Day!

P.S. If you can, it would mean so much to me on this Father’s Day if you could donate to my campaign and support my work in City Council. My work relies on strong grassroots support from donors like you.
