Corporations should not be allowed to own residential real estate. This is one reason the housing market is out of control right now.

My national housing plan includes millions of units of social housing, nationwide rent caps like we had under FDR, and community land trusts that put real estate into local community control instead of out-of-town corporations who have no stake in the community.
