This has been a challenging year for Pipeline Fighters.

Bold and Nebraska landowners have sued the Trump administration -- twice -- to challenge the illegal permit Trump drew up to approve Keystone XL. But TransCanada just filed eminent domain lawsuits to take land from Nebraska farmers and ranchers, and we're at a critical moment where we need resources to fight back.

Bold is organizing the landowners who are refusing to sell their land for TransCanada's dirty tarsands export pipeline, and helping to fund their legal defense by local attorneys with Domina Law Group.

We're also collaborating with Tribes to help them fund and conduct cultural resource surveys of sacred sites along the proposed route, like the historic Ponca Trail of Tears.

We are a tiny nonprofit -- small but mighty! -- and we can't continue the fight to stop KXL without your support.
