Today is Giving Tuesday—a global generosity movement unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform our communities and the world through collective action. It was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good.

Today, Seth and our team encourage you to make a donation to Headstrong—a group dedicated to providing cost-free, bureaucracy-free, stigma-free, confidential, and effective mental health treatment for post-9/11 veterans and their families.

Headstrong was started by a Marine friend of Seth’s, and it is especially important to him because of his own challenges with post-tramautic stress and the work he’s done in Congress to help veterans get the care they need.

On the presidential campaign this year, Seth opened up for the first time publicly about his own PTS. And Seth has worked in Congress to establish a mental health hotline and to reduce the stigma around talking about and addressing mental health issues for veterans and civilians alike.
