This is a longer email, friend, but it's really important that you read it.

With the Senate split 50-50 and access to abortion on the ballot, we absolutely cannot lose this seat. But political experts from Nate Silver to Rachel Maddow are sounding the alarm, and Republicans are breaking the bank to flip this New Hampshire Senate seat.

Extreme GOP groups have already spent more than $9 million attacking me, and a McConnell-linked super PAC recently announced a $4.7 million ad buy.

I know that this sounds bleak, but here's the thing, friend: I'm no stranger to tough fights. In 2016, I won by just 1,017 votes, so my team and I know what it takes to win. And one thing is abundantly clear: If I'm going to protect this seat, it will take all of us working together.

That's why I’m asking you to chip in $5 or whatever you can before our upcoming FEC deadline.

Republicans have seen the polls showing this race statistically tied. They've seen the headlines calling me one of the most vulnerable Senate Democrats. And they know that CNN reported that this seat is one of the most likely to flip in November. So it's no surprise that this seat is the GOP's top target.

With so much on the line in this race, we cannot afford to fall behind on our fundraising. But right now, we're not where we need to be. If we don't hit our end-of-quarter goal, the GOP will increase their attacks against my campaign, putting this seat — and the future of the Senate majority — at risk.

I need your support now more than ever. If we lose this seat, we will lose our Democratic Senate majority. Please rush $5 or any amount to defend this seat and our razor-thin Democratic majority.
