Jason Crow For Congress

Team,

From Columbine to Aurora and the STEM School, our community knows the devastation of mass shootings all too well.

Our communities are demanding reform, especially now. That’s why Jason has been on the front lines working to pass commonsense gun safety reform including getting weapons of war out of our communities and closing loopholes that give criminals access to firearms.

Now, Congress is taking a major step to help protect our families from gun violence.

A group of 20 Senators announced they have the votes to pass bipartisan legislation on gun safety reform. According to the Washington Post, this would be “the most significant piece of gun-safety legislation in more than 25 years” if passed.

Let’s do everything we can to get this deal across the finish line.

This bill will save lives, team. The agreement would take important action to stop gun violence, including:

  • Bolstering mental health services
  • Investing in security for our schools
  • Offering incentives for states to implement lifesaving red-flag laws
  • Closing the “boyfriend loophole,” stopping dating partners from owning guns if they’ve been convicted of domestic violence

We need to take action to stop these horrific attacks and make our communities, schools, and homes safer.
