$50 can support 5 students’ attendance at Fulfillment Fund University, our summer bridge to college workshop, meant to assure that our high school graduates are ready to begin their first year of college in the fall. Take Vladimir, for instance, who attended Fulfillment Fund University this past June and is now a first-year student at Cal State Northridge. Go Matadors!

$100 can provide 5 students with Peer Mentoring services throughout a semester, which is critical to helping first-generation, first year students to actually make it to their second year of college. Only 11% of first-generation students across the country actually graduate from college –but 83% of Fulfillment Fund scholars graduate with a degree in six years or less.

These are just a few examples of how Fulfillment Fund programs make the world of difference for thousands of LA kids who dream of a college degree but lack the resources in their community to make that dream a reality.

Without us, without you, these deserving kids might not get a chance to pursue a college education.
