#GivingTuesday is today and we need your help!

Hi Friend, 

Today is the day to give where you live and I want to ask you to donate to IPN today for #GivingTuesday! 

So WHY should you give? That’s simple - we do important communications work all across the state of Nevada and we cannot continue to work on progressive issues without your support. That’s why I need you to donate today. 

Your donations go directly into educating community members, training volunteers to make their voice heard, and researching and designing cutting-edge messaging to ensure we are moving our issues forward. 

So what is my ‘WHY’? Why do I get up everyday, work nights and weekends, move up to Carson City, and work hard to ensure we have progress in Nevada? I do it because I was taught growing up that I had a responsibility to give back to the state that has given me so much. I was taught that we must lift up voices that are often ignored and to use my privilege for good. 

I believe I was born to do this work. My mom and grandparents are the fiercest advocates I have ever met. I grew up on picket lines on the Las Vegas strip with my uncle. I owe it to my family to follow in their footsteps and make them proud. That is why I fight so hard every day.

Our campaign for #GivingTuesday has been all about the ‘WHY’. Now that I have shared my ‘why’, we also want to hear from you. We have received so many amazing stories from our supporters about why you care about the important work we do at IPN and we love to see it! So please keep those stories and donations coming!

I am counting on you today to help me continue to do the work my team and I do each day. Show me that my ‘why’ matters and make a donation in honor of the good work IPN does!
