I’m angry that the Supreme Court is on the verge of overturning Roe v. Wade, everyone, and I hope you are too. 

But I’m also terrified. Terrified because a public poll for New Hampshire’s Senate race shows that Republicans could also very well unseat Democrat Maggie Hassan.

Let me be clear: we absolutely cannot afford to lose a single pro-choice voice in the Senate. 

Maggie won her last race by just 1,017 votes. It’s not a stretch to say that everything we do (or worse, don’t do) to support her campaign could make or break this race. That’s why I’m asking to please rush $3 or whatever you can to help her get reelected.

I’ve known Maggie for a long time, and she’s always been an advocate for women and a fantastic Senator for the Granite State. Now more than ever before, we need to elect an advocate for middle-class families, women’s rights and affordable health care. But her race will be extremely tight, and she can’t win without our help.

It’s okay to be angry, but we can’t be helpless. That’s why your donation – $3 or whatever you can – to Maggie’s campaign is so important right now. Please hurry because she’s facing a big public deadline at the end of the month and her campaign still has a ways to go.
