The Fair Fight Action v. Raffensperger case is still playing out, and the Georgia Secretary of State’s office and State Elections Board currently have the floor.

They’re trying to defend the track record of voter suppression in the 2018 and subsequent elections that disenfranchised countless Georgia voters. But even though it’s the Defendants’ turn to call witnesses to testify, we want to let you know that our team is still fighting back.

It’s our mission to keep lifting up the voices of voters and ensuring that they will not be silenced — in court, at the ballot box, and everywhere else. But while the defendants have the mic right now, we need your help to build our movement’s strength — and show that Georgia voters have our support.

We’re going to make sure that the defendants in this trial don’t get the final word. And with the support of grassroots donors like you, we can continue to power this work, fight back, and win. Please chip in a $20 contribution or anything you can to support the fight to protect our democracy in Georgia and across the country.

We’ve said this from the start: Any effort to suppress the vote will be met with a fight. And we’re honored to be in this fight alongside you.

Let’s keep building momentum so that Georgia voters can win,

The Fair Fight Action Team
