Friend,
I know that asking for money is hard. I know that asking for something as
little as $5 can be even harder. To a lot of people $5 is a lot.
It was a lot for me growing up. I was raised in a single parent household in
North Charleston, South Carolina. My mom worked 16-hour days to keep food on
the table and a roof over our heads. I got my first job, changing oil at a gas
station, when I was 13.
I understand the value of a dollar.
I don’t take asking for money lightly. I know that every donation made is a
sacrifice and I am forever grateful for each and every gift.
With that being said, it would mean so much to me if you could chip in $5 to
make sure we beat our goal.

Thank you so much. I know that chipping in any amount can be hard - but if I
meet my goal, I can continue this fight for folks like you.

Friend, although $5 doesn’t sound like much, it goes further than you may
think. Your gift would mean so much to me in our push to take back the Senate
Majority.
I know we have been asking a lot lately, but $5 would go a long way to make
sure we keep our momentum heading into November.
