Gun safety is on the line.

John,

As we call on our lawmakers to take bold action to end gun violence, we're also watching the Supreme Court. Any day now, we expect a ruling on a key case that could affect gun safety laws across the country.

New York State Rifle and Pistol Association v. Bruen is a Supreme Court case brought by the New York state affiliate of the NRA. Their goal in this case is clear: They want to force more guns into more public spaces.

NYSRPA v. Bruen is designed to circumvent the will of voters and rob the American people of the power to protect their communities from gun violence. They're trying to create a new and dangerous unrestricted right to carry guns in public.

The Supreme Court must put the safety of our kids first and reject the NRA's dangerous and unpopular agenda. Check out our blog post and learn more about what's at stake with the Supreme Court's upcoming decision and how it could affect gun laws in your state.

Our movement was founded with the understanding that ending gun violence and fixing our gun laws would be hard work, and we're not backing down now.

No matter what the Court decides, we'll be ready—we're not going to stop fighting for a future free from gun violence.

None of this work would be possible without supporters like you. Thank you for being a part of this movement.
