Over decades, Congress has delegated more and more power to federal agencies and the unelected liberal bureaucrats running them.

The Biden administration has used its powers to issue regulation after regulation—making it harder and more expensive for businesses to operate. These increased costs get passed onto consumers –– contributing to inflation and higher costs for all goods.

Over 5,800 activist comments on Biden’s climate rule
Recently, Biden’s Securities and Exchange Commission proposed a woke climate disclosure rule. It targets energy companies specifically at a time of record-high gas prices. And it doubles compliance costs for all companies, at a time of record inflation.

But conservatives are fighting back. We sounded the alarm and over 5,800 of you submitted a public comment on the rule.

That’s incredible! Thank you for your efforts, and hopefully this public outcry will make the Biden administration think twice about instituting this horrible regulation. The window for public comments has now closed, but the work isn’t over.

Biden’s team of bureaucrats must now review every unique comment and publish a response. Their failure to address legitimate concerns can be used during legal challenges to this new climate rule.

Soon, activists will have the opportunity to sound off and leave comments on another culture-changing rule…
What is a woman?
You’ve probably heard the question, and the Left is thoroughly confused on the answer. So confused, that this week, Biden’s education department will likely introduce a new rule to redefine what a woman is.

Ironically, they will be weaponizing Title IX to do it.

This Thursday marks 50 years since Title IX of the Civil Rights Act was signed into law. Title IX was meant to be pro-woman, and ensure federal education funds were spent equally for men and women. Under title IX, America has seen a robust growth in female athletics in universities and public schools.

It’s likely that the Biden admin will introduce their new rule on the 50th anniversary of Title IX—this Thursday, June 23.

The Education Department’s new rule will is anti-woman, and redefines “sex” in Title IX to also mean “sexual orientation” and “gender identity.” This will destroy fairness in women’s sports as biological men will be allowed to compete.

Women’s sports will never be the same.
Sadly, the Left isn’t content with just ruining sports. The way Biden will enforce this rule will affect our children’s safety in bathrooms, locker rooms, on overnight field trips, etc.

This is part of the Left’s culture war to destroy gender. They’re putting drag-queens on stage in schools and telling children to question their gender identity. It’s wrong, it’s harmful, and every parent should be empowered to stand up against it.

Gun Bill “Framework”
A group of bipartisan Senators this week released a “framework” for legislation that will potentially restrict Americans’ Second Amendment rights.

While the actual text of the bill hasn’t been released, there are already concerns for conservatives: no red-flag laws have ever been passed that uphold constitutional rights and preserve due process. <[link removed]>

The proposed “framework” uses federal funds to encourage state governments to adopt these red-flag laws. In essence, Congress wants to use our taxpayer dollars to pay state governments to erode our second amendment rights.

A final agreement has not been reached and there is not yet bill text to read. However, the backlash from conservatives has already been swift and loud.
