What does a hat trick look like at the Institute for Justice?

It looks like Doug and Mary Ketchum, who can finally operate their business and care for their disabled daughter free from Tennessee’s protectionist “durational residency” laws.

And next spring, it will look like Kendra Espinoza, who should be able to keep her girls in the school where they are thriving when IJ restores educational choice in Montana.

These U.S. Supreme Court cases show the immediate, real-world results of IJ’s work. This Giving Tuesday, will you give the gift of freedom by joining IJ’s fight for the Constitution today? A gift of $25, $50, or $100 will help us to bring more victories for everyday Americans <[link removed]>.

Getting three cases before the nation’s highest court in a 12-month period is a remarkable and difficult feat. But IJ’s Supreme Court success is just one example of all that we accomplished for liberty this year. Since January, we’ve:

- Won 12 other courtroom victories for our clients
- Secured an additional 20 victories through legislative advocacy and grassroots activism, empowering thousands of Americans to pursue their dreams free from government overreach.
- Launched 19 new cases, bringing our litigation docket to nearly 60 cases across 29 states.

None of this is achieved without the financial support of our generous donors. Can I count on your gift this Giving Tuesday?

Many thanks and best wishes to you this holiday season,
Scott
