Self-described “moderate Republican” Gov. Youngkin just stealthily proposed an amendment to the state budget that takes away state funding for abortion care when the pregnancy involves a “gross fetal anomaly”.
The budget was already approved when Youngkin snuck this amendment into it, under cover of darkness. He thinks Virginians won’t notice that he is taking away our rights.
