The bipartisan packaged included bills to allow for year-round E-15 sales, strengthen our agricultural and food supply chains, invest in precision agriculture technologies, and support higher blends of biofuels at gas stations in the 4th District. Speaking to hardworking farmers and biofuels producers back home, I know that Iowa ethanol and biodiesel can lower gas prices and make our country energy independent again.
