Dear John,

Good morning! I know one thing is true this morning—I’m not the only person emailing you about Giving Tuesday. But, Texas Public Policy Foundation might be the only organization that gives you the opportunity to support two things you love dearly today: Texas and liberty.

Our forefathers gave their lives to fight for land and liberty. Thankfully, today, we enjoy a more peaceful existence—our battles are against big government regulation, absurd taxes, and laws and rules that make it difficult to live as we please.

Every day, whether you know it or not, our policy experts help defend your way of life and liberty to live as you please. From battling “green new deal”-style policies in San Antonio to fighting regulation from the City of Austin that hurts small businesses, we keep fighting for liberty, day in and day out. You might never know the names of some of our policy team (though I hope you do), but they protect the freedoms you enjoy.

Today is a special day—Giving Tuesday. I love Giving Tuesday, because I believe that when we are blessed, we should be generous. But generosity should be a choice, not mandatory—that’s called taxation.

Would you consider helping defend liberty in Texas with a special “Giving Tuesday” gift to the Texas Public Policy Foundation? ([link removed] )

We’re going to continue to fight on your behalf throughout this year and into 2020. But we can’t do it without your help.

Make your generous, tax-deductible gift today. ([link removed] )

Thank you for your support.
