John, Earlier this week, I debated Senator Bernie Sanders. America is going down the wrong path, and Bernie – along with the Democrats in Washington – just don't get it. Under the failed leadership of Joe Biden and devastating policies of the far left, our economy is in the gutter. $5 a gallon gas. Record-high inflation. Food shortages. Skyrocketing rent. This is what the Left has given us. Democrats control the House, Senate, AND White House – and our country is a mess. What do Bernie and the Democrats propose to fix these problems? MORE OF THE SAME. If there was one take-away from our debate, it's that every answer offered by Bernie and the Democrats is rooted in MORE GOVERNMENT, MORE SPENDING, and HIGHER TAXES. It's really that simple.
