In 2018, the Iowa Supreme Court ruled that abortion access is a fundamental right enshrined in the state constitution.

Since then, Kim Reynolds has stacked our Supreme Court with hand-picked appointees to get that ruling reversed. Today, her plan succeeded.

The Reynolds far-right majority on the Supreme Court just ruled against Iowans’ rights to abortion, paving the way for more restrictive and extreme laws in our state.
