John,

My heart is heavy from the recent shootings in Uvalde. The outrageous murder of nineteen children in their own elementary school should be enough to spur our leaders into taking action.

Instead, we’ve seen these kinds of mass shootings happen consistently throughout America without any serious effort by our elected officials to put an end to them. 20 mass shootings have occured since the tragedy at Uvalde on May 24th.

Other than his prayers, Max Miller hasn’t proposed any concrete action on how we can protect innocent lives. In fact, Miller is actively working against saving lives.

Max opposes background checks and sensible gun regulations that would prevent these kinds of tragedies from ever occurring again. He's even decided to criticize legislators who are working to pass common sense gun safety laws.

I’m running for Congress because I’m tired of politicians who offer meaningless rhetoric over enacting actual solutions. We have a responsibility to ensure that every one of our children’s safety is guaranteed while they receive an education.

I’m ready to roll up my sleeves and fight for common-sense gun laws. I’m committed to building a better, brighter Ohio that works for working people.

When I’m in Congress, I will work to enact common sense gun reform so we don’t have to mourn anymore children. Thoughts and prayers are no longer enough.

Can you pitch in to help us end mass shootings for good?

Sincerely,

Matthew Diemer
