With Joe Biden on the “No Malarkey” tour of Iowa, this is a good time to assess his strengths and weaknesses in his quest to be president.   Malarkey means speech “designed to mislead or obscure”.  Secondary meaning is “bunkum,” an excellent word.   With Mr. Biden now rejecting bunkum, I would like to know the following.  Perhaps he could yell the answers from the bus window.
