Let me explain what running a people-powered campaign truly means, John.

I don't take a dime from corporate lobbyists, fossil fuel executives, or Big Pharma executives because I'm not in the Senate to represent private industries or special interest groups. I'm there to represent the people. And that's who I advocate for every day.

That’s who I’m thinking about day in and day out — whether I’m working to fix our broken criminal justice system, pursuing equal justice for all Americans, or fighting to address climate change and its impact on the most vulnerable among us. Folks like you help make that work possible, and I want you to know that I don’t take your generosity for granted.

I also know that with rising costs, it can be harder to justify sending $10 or $25 to our campaign. But I'll tell you why it's important — because the power of this grassroots team is in our ability to lift each other up. When some of us have to catch our breath or take a break, others are always there to help.

That's the beauty of this team. So no matter where you are right now, I'm humbly asking: Can you pitch in $10 today to support our campaign?
