The NCUA Board Thursday held its June meeting where NCUA staff briefed the board on the post-exam feedback survey pilot program. Of note, staff revealed that 1,058 optional surveys were distributed by the Office of the Ombudsman and the NCUA received responses from 186 credit unions, representing a 17 percent response rate.
