News from the campaign June 16, 2022 FOLLOW US ON SOCIAL MEDIA HIGHLIGHTS Less Than Two Weeks to Go Team Reichert Around the District Upcoming Events LESS THAN TWO WEEKS TO GO The primary is in less than two weeks! We must win the primary before we can advance to the general election. Tim has been attacked on all sides because they know he is the only one who can beat Brittany Pettersen in the general election. We must keep her from bringing more radical progressive policies to Washington. We've seen the damage her policies have done in Colorado. Pettersen voted for legislation in 2019 to reduce up to four grams of fentanyl from a felony to a misdemeanor. People are dying from this law, and law enforcement officials across the state agree this policy is directly responsible for at least 600 deaths across the state. It’s time for her to answer for her vote that is killing Coloradans. In 2022, Pettersen voted for another bill to correct the deadly bill from 2019, which solved absolutely nothing. Brittany Pettersen is too radical for Colorado’s 7th Congressional District, especially when it comes to public safety and fentanyl. We still need your help! TEAM REICHERT AROUND THE DISTRICT We had a great Tele-Townhall with Ken Cuccinelli. We had over 2,000 people join and addressed a lot of great questions. Thank you to all our volunteers who joined us on Saturday for another Day of Action. It was great to have everyone at the new office and Tim enjoyed meeting with everyone before they hit the streets. We cannot do this without your support! Team Reichert had a great time in Teller County. It was wonderful meeting everyone and enjoying the beautiful Sourdough Ranch. Tim and Martha especially appreciated everyone who shared their concerns that the county is on the wrong track and discussing how Tim's economic plans can turn things around. Team Reichert joined Jeffco residents at the Jefferson County Liberty Picnic, meeting our neighbors and talking about how to reduce the cost of living. Tim also had a great time in Wheat Ridge discussing the need to provide paths for families to flourish and how Tim's economic plan will help restore the middle class.
