Traffic advisory for Tire and Metal Collection Event

Visitors to the Tire and Scrap Metal Collection Event [ [link removed] ] on Saturday, June 18 should approach from the west to avoid traffic congestion from a nearby festival. Follow the route shown on the maps below.

Please do not access the tire event from Nels Nelson Rd, Stampede Blvd, or westbound Fairgrounds Rd. We expect increased vehicle and pedestrian traffic in these areas.

 

*Driving directions*


* Take Tracyton Blvd NW to Fairgrounds Rd NW.
* Turn onto Fairgrounds Rd NW.
* Enter Thunderbird Arena to the right, and proceed to collection area behind arena.
* Exit left onto Tibardis Rd NW and drive (25 mph) until you return to Tracyton Blvd NW.
