Hello, John:

When was the last time you sat down with your spouse or kids and had an enriching conversation about SEX?

For most of us, that has probably never happened. Even in the church, we often tend to think about human sexuality as something that is embarrassing or taboo, even shameful.

In reality, though, our sexuality, when properly shepherded and expressed, is among God’s greatest gifts to us. No one understands that better than my colleague Dr. Juli Slattery, a renowned clinical psychologist, author, speaker, and the president and co-founder of Authentic Intimacy. Her mission at Authentic Intimacy is to reclaim God’s design for sexuality and to minister to people in their sexual brokenness. That includes all of us!

If sex is a difficult topic for you, I have good news. We have produced a FREE series of six short videos (each video is 2 to 5 minutes in length), called "Rethinking Christian Sexuality." In this series, Dr. Juli talks about our Creator's glorious design for sexuality and explain how our views on this sensitive subject impact our view of God Himself.

Whether you feel relatively comfortable thinking about the topic of sex, or if this subject makes you feel ashamed, embarrassed, or triggered over past mistakes or trauma, I believe you’ll find the series worthwhile. Each video includes discussion questions and links to additional resources that you’ll find helpful and encouraging.

So what are you waiting for? The “Rethinking Christian Sexuality” video series is FREE, and you can sign up right now by clicking on the button below.
