Open Letter from Republican Leaders on DACA - Republican leaders call on lawmakers to pass bipartisan legislation that will improve border security and provide a solution for DACA as the fate of the program faces uncertainty due to a federal court hearing in July. A DACA solution would help to alleviate unprecedented labor shortages (two open jobs for every person out of work) and inflation that are stifling US economic growth.

Texas Business Leaders Call for DACA and TPS Legislation - On the 10th anniversary of DACA, Texans for Economic Growth, a coalition of over 125 Texas Business leaders, sent a letter to the Texas Congressional Delegation asking them to pass legislation that creates a method for Dreamers and TPS holders to earn permanent legal status. "We again implore Congress to act so these hardworking Texas Dreamers and TPS holders, who hold a combined spending power of $4.6 billion and contribute $1.38 billion in taxes, know their future here in Texas is secure."

Segregation Did Happen in Texas Classroom! - A 5th grade class in Texas was subjected to a day-long “lesson” where the dark-haired students were separated from the light-haired students. The dark-haired children were treated with dignity and respect as the “privileged” students and the blonde and red-haired students were treated as inferior. Sonja Harris reports rights of parents are being circumvented by some school districts that are experimenting on Texas students. Representative Chip Roy investigated.
