Great news, friend!

We just secured another historic win for our veterans by passing the Sergeant First Class Heath Robinson Honoring Our PACT Act of 2022 — a first-of-its-kind bill that will provide health care and disability benefits to any veterans who are sick as a result of their service in our military.

This is a HUGE achievement that will affect as many as 3.5 million veterans whose health was affected after being exposed to hazardous chemicals during their service, from Agent Orange in Vietnam to burn pits in Iraq and Afghanistan.

This bill is long overdue — many veterans have waited years for help, becoming increasingly sick as time goes on, only for political games to stall this legislation. I look forward to the House of Representatives getting our bill to the President’s desk ASAP.

So today is a good day, and I’m celebrating that. Our men and women in uniform held up their end of the bargain, and today, we are holding up ours.

There is certainly more work to do, and as Chairman of the Veterans’ Affairs Committee, I am committed to getting it done. But I can’t do it without your help.

Can you pitch in $10 to help me keep making progress in the Senate and make sure we keep fighting to support our veterans? [[link removed]]
