The Supreme Court is expected to strike down Roe v. Wade any day now, and many states across the country will ban abortion outright.

Our team is running a live poll, and we need 45 more responses from xxxxxx before midnight.

What grade would you give the Supreme Court?

John: When the Supreme Court officially overturns Roe, states including Texas, Oklahoma, and Utah will immediately ban abortion – which is why Gov. Lujan Grisham already took action to safeguard abortion access here in New Mexico when she repealed the outdated abortion ban.

Even though states like New Mexico will continue to allow abortion services, millions of Americans will not be able to access it – because traveling to a pro-choice state may be too expensive or appointments may be overbooked.

The bottom line is, these far-right Supreme Court justices are about to strip millions of people of their right to reproductive choice – a decision that will disproportionately harm low-income people of color.
