While we pay outrageous prices at the pump, Oil and gas companies are raking in record profits.

Make no mistake - this isn't accidental. Oil and gas companies are purposefully gouging the American consumer.

We need to hold these greedy oil companies accountable by passing the Gouge Act.

The Gouge Act would suspend the federal gas tax, offer incentives for states to suspend their gas taxes and continue fund infrastructure projects and places large fines on oil and gas companies who commit price gouging to discourage corporate greed.

We're suffering at the pump because of big oil's greed. It's about time we hold them accountable.
