Time is of the essence. Please join other responsible and mission-driven business leaders, entrepreneurs, and members of the investor community and sign on to support the Securities & Exchange Commission’s (SEC’s) recent proposal to Enhance and Standardize Climate Related Disclosures. These important and highly anticipated rules will allow an even playing field for climate disclosures and will ensure protection of both investors and the planet. 

ASBN and the business organizations it represents strongly support the SEC’s proposed rule to enhance and standardize registrants’ climate-related disclosures for investors. ASBN will also be submitting an official comment to the SEC with input from the ESG & Corporate Transparency Working Group that will be submitted by the deadline of June 17th. 

We encourage all stakeholders to sign on to support these rules using the sign-on letter below by June 17th as this is when the SEC’s commend period comes to an end. There is a space to include any additional comments in addition to the message in support.
