*Protecting Trees Throughout Minnesota*?

Thanks to legislation I authored, the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is providing financial assistance to communities with emerald ash borer (EAB) issues. $2.4 million worth of grants is available to help local governments purchase new trees, equipment, and other supplies. *Juneteenth?*?

There are a few Juneteenth celebrations taking place in our area on Sunday, June 19. One of them, an event hosted by the Residents of Color Collective (ROCC), will take place at the Dodge Nature Center from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. There will be a solidarity walk, food trucks, vendors, and music.??

The Clark Grace United Church of Christ in South St. Paul is also holding a Juneteenth event. It will start at 6:00 p.m. with a community conversation.??

*Kaposia Days?*?
