We’re
halfway through June already which means three things:
1. We’ve been celebrating Pride this month and showing love for our LGBTQ+
neighbors here in Kentucky. And soon we’re about to kick off celebrations
for Juneteenth and the liberation of Black Americans.

2. Second, this means our campaign is now just 15 days away from our
end-of-quarter FEC filing deadline. This is our FIRST FEC deadline since
we won our primary and it’s critical we submit strong numbers that
represent the power of our grassroots movement.
3. So now, it’s absolutely critical we reach the halfway point of our
end-of-quarter fundraising goal by tomorrow night.

our $225,000 mid-month goal so we can out-organize Rand Paul and stay on
track with our fundraising. We’re hoping you can show your support from

We have
a rare opportunity this year to make our politicians work for us.
For too long, Rand Paul has consistently ignored Kentuckians — he doesn’t
care how many of us have been hurt by gun violence, how long someone has
been out of a job, or whether families can afford rent next week. He’s a
politician who will say or do anything to get in the news, put the
spotlight on himself and his conspiracy theories, and sell us out to big
industries.
But now, we have a historic chance to turn the tides of our future.
Thousands of Kentuckians from the hood to the holler are rising up with us
to elect Charles Booker and send a working class champion to the U.S.
Senate.
Ever since Charles’ new video ad went viral at the beginning of the month,
our campaign has been gaining serious momentum. But now we need your
support to make sure we post big numbers for our first FEC filing deadline
since we won our primary.
