FIRST: MinnPost released a poll showing right-wing conspiracy theorist Scott Jensen running in a statistical dead-heat with Governor Walz.

THEN: RealClearPolitics changed their Minnesota governor’s race rating from “lean-democrat” to pure “toss-up.”

NOW: Exactly halfway through the month, we are WAY behind the pace we need to hit our June budget target.

Jensen has pledged to ban abortion outright – including in cases of rape or incest – and made national headlines for threatening to imprison Minnesota Secretary of State Steve Simon. He was one of the most prolific spreaders of misinformation during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic and fueled countless conspiracy theories that continue to undermine the work of public health professionals to this day.

Time and time again, Jensen has demonstrated that he is unfit to serve in the highest office in our state. We need to make sure that he never comes anywhere near the governor’s office.
