We all saw firsthand what Donald Trump and his cronies attempted on January 6th - a full-blown coup and a blatant attack on American Democracy. 

And now we know - this attempt started at the most local level, with state and local officials being pressured and coerced into submitting illegitimate election results. 

And let's be clear - this was not a one-off. Here in Colorado, we are seeing election deniers, Trump surrogates, and Trump endorsed candidates positioning themselves to play a role in the 2024 election. We cannot let them be successful.

Polls show tight races here in Colorado. It is critical that we prevent Trump acolytes from assuming elected office in this state. We cannot trust them to respect the will of Coloradans and our values.
