I’m Kirtley, and as her Campaign Manager, I’m excited to get Joy elected as the next Congresswoman for Rhode Island's Second District.
I've known Joy since our days working for Congressman Jim Langevin, advocating for the same neighbors Joy seeks to serve today. I could ask Joy about any neighborhood or issue in the state and she’d have a story and a connection to each one. This continues to be true of Joy and her deep ties to the district, and that’s why she is the best candidate for this race. Our team is focused on growing our grassroots support and connecting with voters wherever they are. Through community gatherings, door-knocking, interviews, and your willingness to spread the word, we will garner the support we need to elect Joy this fall.
