Today our City Council's Criminal Justice Committee will be hearing and voting on Ord. 33,639, which would expand the use of surveillance tools including facial recognition. Because this is a committee meeting, if it passes out of committee, it will follow a full council vote. Members need to jump in and be ready for when that happens. What you can do now —
