We just checked in on our status towards our mid-month fundraising goal and right now, it looks like we’re in what we call the “summer slump.”

Folks are outside enjoying the nice weather ( as they should be! ) and checking out from the hustle and bustle of news and politics. This causes our donations to slow down, hence the summer slump .

We love the extra-long sunny days as much as everyone else, but we can’t lose focus of what’s at stake this November.

Protecting reproductive rights. Implementing gun safety legislation. Ensuring our democracy never sees another attack like the January 6th insurrection. Making more progress to improve the lives of working families. And so much more.

It’s so important we meet these crucial fundraising goals so that we can be best prepared to protect and expand our Democratic Senate majority — but we can’t do it without you.
