More than 600 GOP legislators just like Doug Mastriano played a role in the deadly Jan 6th insurrection — spreading Trump’s Big Lie through echoing baseless claims about election fraud in 2020. 21 sitting Republican lawmakers traveled to DC that day, marching alongside Confederate flags, nooses, and seditionists who would later vandalize the Capitol and attack police officers.

These state legislators have the power to make decisions impacting how and when elections are held, and even who can vote in them.
