John,

Last month, our country faced multiple devastating mass shootings. In only ten days, thirty-one lives – nineteen of them under the age of 12 – were taken in the most brutal way. That is why a few days ago, Chris came together with a bipartisan group of his colleagues and took action to move forward in the fight against gun violence.

The bipartisan gun safety agreement will save lives by expanding background checks, closing the boyfriend loophole, implementing grants to encourage states to pass red-flag laws, and so much more.

The bipartisan gun safety agreement proves that we can make needed reforms when we come together. If you support this bipartisan agreement to address gun violence, add your name today >> [link removed]

Every American deserves the right to live without fear of gun violence in their communities. It's long past time we took meaningful action to stop the crisis of gun violence and mass shootings in this country. This bipartisan agreement is a great first step that will save lives.

We can stop the spread of gun violence if we band together in solidarity. Add your name if you support passing common-sense solutions against the gun violence epidemic.>> [link removed]

Thank you,

Team Coons
