In order to defend Cori's seat against four Democratic challengers in our
August primary election, we need the resources to fully fund a winning
campaign. Our final Federal Elections Commission end-of-quarter deadline
before Election Day is quickly coming up on June 30, and right now we're
tracking behind our June fundraising projections.

Our finance team just set a goal to raise $15,000 before tonight's
midnight mid-month deadline in order to pick up the pace and show we have
the power to win. Keeping Cori in Congress depends on the support we
receive from folks like you over the next seven weeks, so we have to ask:

— including our four opponents — will be watching to see what numbers we
post at the end of the month. Reporters have already started reaching out

closely at our finances to estimate the strength of our campaign.

It would be easy to dismiss our primary challengers, but that would be a
serious mistake. Attacks against Cori and our progressive movement have
already started, and we can expect super PACs to flood Missouri's 1st
district with misinformation and attack ads before Election Day.

We need the resources to fight back, build our campaign, and reach voters
across the district. What we're able to raise before tonight's midnight
deadline will have a direct impact on the results of Election Day, so
we're counting on grassroots supporters to help our people-powered
movement hit $15,000 in time.
