** American Constitution
"Priceless" or "Worthless"

President Trump wrote of the House Select Committee that it is conducting a “kangaroo court”. He is right of course. But the former President apparently does not know that the majority of U.S. Federal Courts are “kangaroo courts”.

In fact, Federal Courthouses are best called “Houses of Prosecution”. The U.S. Capitol Building is best called “Campaign Headquarters”. The American press is best called the “Fourth Branch of the American Government”.

The Constitution is a great document but it “is not worth the paper it’s written on”. This is true despite the fact that most Americans believe the Constitution is “Priceless”.

Perhaps an original copy of the Constitution could be bought for $50 million. But unfortunately, if you are on trial in a U.S. Federal Court the words written on it are worthless.

Americans are led to believe that the Constitution means we are free. But it is only a ruse. Few Federal Court filings even reference, let alone rely on the Constitution.

Federal Court rulings ignore the Constitution because they are mostly based on prior court rulings that ignored the Constitution.

We live in a country where a person who 74 million Americans wanted to be their President has been banned from Twitter. Yet Americans still believe they have Freedom of Speech rights.

Who wins and who loses when President Trump is banned from Twitter? Who wins and who loses in Federal Houses of Prosecution? Who wins and who loses when the Capitol Building is used as Campaign Headquarters?

The obvious answer to all these questions is the U.S. Government wins and the “People”, whether Democrats, Republicans or Independents lose.
