Economic Democracy Weekly

Today’s Economic Democracy Weekly looks at how to build community economic power. We begin with the first article of a series with Common Future, Narratives to Build Collective Economic Power—where Allison Jones sets the stage by highlighting the need for new stories to build a more just economy. We also offer two webinar clips, one in which Anne Price calls attention to how Black income often fails to translate into Black wealth, and another in which Jeremie Greer argues that we need to work to reduce the value of whiteness. Lastly, we offer a webinar conversation in which three national movement leaders discuss how to advance wage justice.
