Did you see this, John? According to a new poll from MinnPost, Scott Jensen, our right-wing extremist opponent, is already running dead-even with Governor Walz.
When the poll was released, we immediately launched an expansion of our early organizing and paid media programs to stop Jensen from overtaking us, but we missed the first goal we set to fund it – and we haven’t made up the shortfall yet.
Haley and I found some room in the budget to buy us a few days. But we'll be forced to make cuts if we don’t raise another $9,547 by Friday. That would be absolutely devastating because the poll shows 7% of Minnesota voters still undecided, and we can’t let Jensen reach them first.
According to our records, you haven’t donated yet this year. So, if you were waiting to chip in until your support made the most impact, it’s right now. If you can, please pitch in by Friday to help us make up the difference. We can’t afford to cede any ground to Jensen – he’s too dangerous.
