We are going to be outspent in this election.

We’re taking on self-funders and people who have been collecting max-out checks for a lot longer than Bill de Blasio has ever dreamed of running for Congress.

That’s fine.

Because Bill de Blasio is from NY-10. This is home. He has represented these communities and neighborhoods for a long time now. He has delivered for these communities, as well: universal pre-K, dramatically reducing stop-and-frisk, and he actually reduced income inequality while he was in office.

So we do not have to spend as much as our opponents, but we do need to have the resources to run a high-functioning campaign.

If we do, everything will work out.

But Bill cannot do that alone. He needs you with him. It’s the only way. So we have to ask:
