City by city, town by town — we’re building a movement to take back power from the fossil fuel industry, and build an energy system that works for all. We are part of a powerful global movement working to build a future free from the injustice of climate change, and free from the profiteering fossil fuel industry that drives it.

Fossil Free UK is a project from 350.org, partner organisations and a network of local organisers across the country. We're focused on building power where it’s most effective — in our own communities. And here in the UK, our main focuses are on divestment and on stopping fracking.

At the heart of the movement are hundreds of groups who meet regularly, take action, build support, and win. Being part of a group is a unique experience, where you can contribute to making genuine change, learn new skills and meet like-minded people from your community.
