My name is Eric Lynn, and I’m the Democratic nominee for Congress in Florida’s 13th District. I’m a hometown kid who grew up in St. Pete, graduated from St. Pete high, worked my first job here, and it’s where my wife, Tracy and I, are raising our three kids and our dog, Cooper.

And after many years working as a policy advisor and public servant, I am honored to be running to stand up for our shared values. As we work to recover from the Trump era and the ongoing pandemic, I’m committed to reinvigorating our local economy, creating opportunities for all families, exploring innovative climate solutions, and protecting the pillars of democracy both at home and abroad.

This is an open seat, and we expect it to be one of the most competitive congressional races in the country this year. But with your help, I know we can keep this seat blue and protect our House majority.

I served as a Senior Advisor for President Obama for eight years, and I’m proud of the important work we accomplished during my tenure. Three Secretaries of Defense looked to me for strategic advice to discourage radicalism, promote peace, and coordinate with our allies on national security issues.
